Drew's Work of Art!

Drew had his first book report that he had to do a poster for. This was the final result! Good job Drew. He doesn't get his artistic talent from me that's for sure!

Our Scary Halloween!

I still don't know how to post pictures in the correct order!! So.... anyways this is Tim and Drew after trick or treating. Drew was so beat that the last 5-6 houses we went to he stayed at the curb with me. Him and Vai who is partially in the picture were both yawning! And it was only like 9:00pm maybe 9:30. Here is all the loot!
So this is part of our mission to start having "scary halloween" now that the kids are getting older. So this clown was hanging right when we opened the door, we had the spooky halloween music playing and the lightening( or some people call it a strobe light!)

Here are our heads and skeletons and oh watch out for the fire! Zoom this one and look at the guy in the middle, somebody said it looked like Tim!

Vai, Pocahontas and Alyssa, the devil

Here is Drew playing the part of a "Punk Zombie". Tim painted his face for him too.

The Dalton Common Gang for the second year in a row. (Minus the icee, who just tagged along randomly!)

Jordan and Drew with their pumpkins.

Watch out for that creepy creature and the zombie! The creature on the left is Caleb, who used to live by us and always returns for some fun trick or treating! The zombie on the right would be Drew, and the pumpkin on the bottom had too much to drink!

Look at me... I'm so cute!

Tim never gets to get out of carving! Always has to get in on the action. You should've seen the outline that Tim had picked for Drew. Whoooa! Needless to say the face that ended up on the pumpkin was not the firey skull that Drew wanted.

Jordan's First Pre-Teen Event

So the City of Fremont had a Halloween part for 5th and 6th graders at the community center a few weeks ago. Jordan, Jordan, Alyssa and Vai all went together along with about 196 other students from all the schools! They said there would be DJ, a haunted room, a fear factor game, and snacks. The kids had a lot of friends from school that went and they ran into kids they knew from sports too. They ended up cutting the lights at the end and allowed the kids to dance. When all the parents got there to pick up Tim, Drew,Deanna and I went in to check it out. Kids were dancing and running around everywhere and there were glow sticks being thrown across the sky over all the kids dancing. So needless to say they had fun and are looking forward to more parties like it. (By the way Drew is the one in the front, Tim told him he should have dressed up as a fifth grader so he could've gone, but instead after the party I took this picture and he dressed up for it!He was so sad to get left out.) Alyssa, Vai, Jordan M., Jordan, and front row Drew

They grow up so fast! :(

Christine's Shower, yes this was a busy month...

Christine is due to deliver TWINS in January( if she makes it) and she is lucky enough to have a boy and a girl. These cakes were awesome, almost too pretty to cut. If you can't read these adorable bib said if you think I'm cute you should see my twin!

Aren't these adorable! Teri, Tammy and Sarah planned the majority of the shower and it went great. Good job girls.

Jordan's game with guests...

So this was the one game that Jordan had fans at, and he had lots that day. Grandma and Grandpa Barnum, Auntie Lisa, Kiana and Auntie Shelly, and Auntie Sarah, Uncle Joe, Jonah, Graydon, and baby Maddox. Look closely at Jonah here. Notice the stringy thing across his face. Yes that was gum that went from his glasses and wrapped around his mouth! So cute! Look again at the string on his right.

Here's baby Maddox sleeping away. I have the cutest nieces and nephews! And a lot of them, 13 now and counting!

Shelly and Lisa chilling in their umbrella chairs.

And here are the cheerleaders and Graydon. If you've ever been to a game where Auntie Sarah is watching you know what I mean. Actually Jordan loves when people cheer at half time " Way to go Jordan! Eat that snack! Drink that water!" And especially when you are so close the whole team is just staring at you and wondering who in the world cheers at halftime for the football player, not the cheerleaders who may actually be performing! He loves it. Thank you all for coming.

Lisa's Baby Shower

Here are a few shots from Lisa's baby shower. She was looking cute and the shower was fun. Thanks for doing a great job Bernadette and Shelly! This is a bib that Kiana made and said this is what her sister will look like! Well we hope she is a littler cuter!(Infact I know she's cuter) Kalei was born 11-4-08. She was 8lbs 5oz, and 20 1/4 inches long. She's doing great and Lisa is good. They just went home today. I hate that they live so far. Well it's not that far but with traffic, homework, practices, school, and work I haven't even seen her yet! I must be the number one worst Auntie right now:( More pictures of her to come after I get out to see her.

These were the bibs that everyone made at the shower for the baby. It was a cute game and now she's got these personalized bibs to wear and ruin!

Here's Kiana making her sister a bib. She loved this game.
