Wiped Out!

Drew started playing baseball this year with the 7 and 8 year olds in the Micro division. Today we started out with breakfast at IHOP and then ran some errands, then on to his 2-4pm practice. He is trying so hard to do well and today was very nice but windy outside. When we got home he took off his cleats, had two pieces of pizza and layed by the back door and crashed!! So typical of Drew to just sleep wherever and whenever he is tired!! He is so funny. Right next to all our shoes and right in front of the door. I told Tim he was like a cat laying in the sun! I miss Onyx! But Drew is way cuter. Anyways he is doing so good. It seems as if he'll be playing second base and is having no problems keeping up with these boys. So proud of him. We will be sending out game schedules later this week in an e-mail for all of those of you who are interested and have a few hours to spare on a Saturday.

My 32nd Birthday!!

For my birthday my mom bought me a new mixer, and a cool new toaster, and Tim and the boys gave me the new matching coffee pot! Aren't they pretty. The sad part is that my birthday was January 31st and I am just now posting this. We haven't really even celebrated though, which is fine by me with everyone especially Tim being so sick we didn't even leave the house for so long! But thanks mom for the mixer and toaster I love the way they look, I wish I could leave it out just to see them. Funny what we get excited about as we get older. I also received Grease 1 and 2 and the original soundtrack from Shelly. Thanks Shelly. Jordan says that he wants to watch it with me since it is my favorite movie he wants to know what it is about. He's so funny.

Well with my other birthday funds I am working on redecorating our bedroom, Tim must have been sick when he agreed to having PINK!! Well black, white and pink (maybe more magenta). Anyways I am holding him to it and planning on painting in the next couple of months around baseball and work. More pictures to come. (Even though I know it will be a while) Thanks for checking on us on the blog and enough rambling!!

Jordan's 10th Birthday Party

Jordan and Jordan M. were twins! They both (actually all three Drew too) got these matching shirts for Christmas and they are just getting into the whole Jordan kick. So they got these matching shirts and notice the belt buckles too! They have so much fun together silly, athletic, and PlayStation buddies and then there is all the pretend play they do. What a lucky thing to have somebody you get along so good with live right next door to you.
Anyways Jordan wanted to have just a few friends over for pizza, ice cream cake and of course some guitar hero madness!! They are starting to get to the age where it is hard to get them to take pictures and so unfortunately there are not a lot of pictures of his friends (or none) Jesse, Jason, and Casey. Although they were really there I have no proof. They all had a great time, and about 2:30am I had to come down stairs and tell them that it was to late to be running around playing dart tag!! Then all was good again, well.... until the first one to fall asleep of course, and not counting Drew, got their face tattooed! All night long Tim and I had been giving all the kids tattoos with these new pens that Drew got. They are meant to tattoo and wash off easy, so with a little suggestion from his mother, Jordan and his friends tattooed Jason's face. A night I am sure they will not soon forget. I love sleep overs!! Happy Birthday Jordan!!

Guitar Hero III

Tim is actually very good and of course has been playing like crazy to perfect it. As of today he has beat the easy level, 40 of 42 songs!

Jordan has also been very good he and I are pretty equal as of now.
Poor Drew can't even get his hands around the guitar. He uses his thumb for every color and he's become very good 92% and completed his first song as of today.

Guitar Hero is fun for all ages!! All of us have been playing this game since Christmas, it is very addicting! Even me, Miss "I know nothing about the PlayStation so don't ask me for any help, ask your dad." Thanks again Santa for a good pick.

Christmas Day-Santa Came!

Drew got his XX2 Jordan's

Grandpa came for lunch.

We love Santa!!

Thank you Santa.

Christmas Eve

We spent Christmas Eve at Lisa's house this year and despite the van breaking down on the way to her house, we had a very nice evening together.

More Christmas Eve

Gabe and Kristen. Notice Drew's new art work on his arm thanks to his Daddy and Kiana's cool tattoo pens.

Grandpa never could wait his turn to open his gifts!

The boys wanted to do a gingerbread house really bad. So of course being in the Christmas spirit I bought a gingerbread house kit. They really didn't have too much interest in making the house and I was according to Tim getting out of the Christmas spirit with all the yelling "Don't bump the table!!" because the house kept falling. So finally Tim fixed it by putting a rubber band around the house and then putting the roof on. They quickly decorated it and then wanted to eat the candy. Wow a lot of work for a few little pieces of candy! But the good news is on Christmas eve when Drew and Kiana wanted to do her gingerbread house I was a pro. We made the icing very thick and I was way more experienced in house building, so we had no problems and no yelling :). So if you are wondering why Jordan was opening up food. We thought that it would be more fun to have Drew and Jordan open a bunch of gag gifts and then finally they would get the one big gift of the PS3 from everyone. So Auntie Lisa and Auntie Shelly arranged for a bunch of food and one ten dollar gift to be a little believable. They were good little boys and said thank you for every box of pies, pop tarts and candy they got. Then we all went around and everyone else finished their gifts. Then we let them know they had one more gift. The PS3 was the one and only real present of the night, but definitely went over well! Thanks everyone. Jordan was still pondering the food gifts later that night, I had to explain that they were just a joke, and the best part was Kiana kept saying" hey those are mine!!" for every box of snacks that were opened.
